These Terms of Use govern your use of worldcup2030guide.com, published as World Cup 2030 Guide (the “Site”). The Site is published by NET STUDIO LLC, 1501 South Greeley Hwy, Ste C #1386, Cheyenne, WY 82007, United States (“we”, “us”). Editorial responsibility for the Site rests with Chriss R.
1. Acceptance
By using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
World Cup 2030 Guide is a free editorial archive of the men’s FIFA World Cup: records, player profiles and reference tables, and the road to the 2030 tournament. It is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by FIFA or by any confederation, association or team.
The Site is free to read and does not require an account. It does not sell tickets, travel or any other product.
3. Accuracy of the figures
Each marked figure on the Site is checked against a named source and shown with its status and the date of the latest check, as explained in How we verify. Records change, sources are sometimes corrected, and plans for future tournaments, such as dates, venues and formats, depend on decisions by FIFA and the confederations that can change at any time.
The Site is a reference work, not an official record. Before relying on a figure or a date for a decision that matters, such as buying tickets, booking travel or placing a bet, check it with the official source. If you find an error, tell us: it will be corrected as set out in Editorial policy and corrections.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- copy the Site’s texts or tables in bulk, or extract them automatically, in order to republish them;
- present the Site’s content as your own;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers, or disrupt its operation;
- present yourself as acting for World Cup 2030 Guide or NET STUDIO LLC.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, tables, page design and share images of the Site belong to NET STUDIO LLC. Facts and figures as such belong to no one; our selection, arrangement and wording of them do.
Photographs belong to their authors and are used under the licenses listed on Sources and image credits; you may reuse them under those licenses. FIFA, FIFA World Cup and the names of associations and competitions are the trademarks of their owners and are used for identification only.
You may quote a short passage if you name World Cup 2030 Guide and link to the page quoted. Any other reproduction needs our written permission.
6. Links to other websites
The Site links to its sources, such as FIFA, Wikipedia and the RSSSF, and to the pages where photographs are published. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that its content is complete, current or free of errors, or that the Site will always be available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NET STUDIO LLC and its contributors are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may change the Site, or these Terms, at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and your use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country, and may bring a claim before its courts.
